Vendor Registration is open: Here are the Details
The 2009 West Coast IEEE Cement Industry conference will be held this year in Victorville, California on October 8th and 9th at the Green Tree Convention Center. The format for this years conference includes a workshop on Thursday afternoon, and technical papers on Friday morning and a plant tour of Cal Portlands Mojave plant on Friday afternoon. Thursday night will be the Vendors Night Cocktail Party and Dinner held at the same location. Attendance at the last several conferences has exceeded 150 attendees each time and we expect the same type of participation this year.
The Thursday evening vendor-sponsored cocktail and dinner party is an opportunity to meet and socialize with your customers in a relaxed surrounding. As before, we plan to share the cost and recognition with fellow vendors. A $400.00 contribution is requested (Separate registration for all attendees is required). Those companies that contribute before September 1st will be recognized as sponsors in subsequent mailing announcement. Contributing companies will also be given recognition on this web site as well as during the conference. If you choose to contribute, we will ask that you send your company logo in .jpg format so it can be displayed during the vendor night reception.
We need your participation to make this a successful event. Please send your check for $400.00, made payable to IEEE West Coast Subcommittee,
